Election rules chapter by chapter: saṁskāras (ear-piercing ch. IV, first feeding ch. III, learning-commencement chapters VI/VIII), medical treatment, journeys, transactions (ch. XXI), agriculture, and the pañcaka/tithi-doṣa machinery (ch. XXIX).

A named lineage across our registered muhūrta decisions: the pañcaka remainder map is derived from its ch. XXIX five divisions and re-derived in tests; jvālāmukhī’s absence from it (and from MC) is documented inside the shipped rule’s own label; the activity-profile wave leans on its named chapters (Ārdrā admitted for piercing, first-milk-feeding, vidyārambha scoping, debt-repayment’s malefic-8th doctrine, the 17-star transaction list); its tārā-bala softening at the same three pādas as MC 4.13 seats our three-cycle default; and its pāda-rajju reading of the gaṇḍa-mūla six is the mild classical counterweight to the modern whole-star flag.
